Rogerio dos Santos Costa (PT) foi reeleito prefeito de Santo Estêvão nas Eleições 2020. Ele obteve 12.024 votos (44,40%). Em segundo lugar pontou o Carlinhos do LM (Avante), com 9.941 votos (36,71%), em terceiro e última lugar pontua Tiago Dias (PSB), com 5.117 votos (18,89%). O resultado foi proclamado pela Justiça Eleitoral neste domingo (15/11/2020).
